Instructions

  1. Melt salted butter, set aside.
  2. Beat egg whites with a hand whisk until well blended.
  3. Add icing sugar, beat until well blended.
  4. Add cake flour, beat until well blended.
  5. Add vanilla and melted butter, beat until well blended.
  6. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  7. Drop the beaten tuile, spread into thin circles, about 3-4 cm in diameter, on a silicone sheet or baking paper.
  8. Place in a hot air oven (Temp 145 °C, Timp 15 minutes).
  9. Remove from oven and let cool.
  10. Pour into a tightly sealed container.
