Instructions
- Melt salted butter, set aside.
- Beat egg whites with a hand whisk until well blended.
- Add icing sugar, beat until well blended.
- Add cake flour, beat until well blended.
- Add vanilla and melted butter, beat until well blended.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Drop the beaten tuile, spread into thin circles, about 3-4 cm in diameter, on a silicone sheet or baking paper.
- Place in a hot air oven (Temp 145 °C, Timp 15 minutes).
- Remove from oven and let cool.
- Pour into a tightly sealed container.
